If you don't think that oil companies would delay the announcement of results to gain an upper hand in future leasing or licensing activities then you do not understand the oil industry at all. It happens many times every single day by virtually every oil company in the world. The problem here is that a material event to ERHE has occurred and thus anything the operator wants to hide is over-ridden by SEC regulations requiring disclosure of material events. There is an exception in every joint operating agreement I have ever seen that allows all participants to disclose anything required by law. It is my position that the disclosure of these drilling results are required by law by ERHE and therefore it overrides the operator exclusivity on the announcement of drilling results.

That is why ERHE with full complicity from SNP is making these lame excuses about needing more time to analyze the data and pretending like they don't know what is there yet. Neither one of them wants to disclose the info until the EEZ selections are done. If we are still sitting here in six months wondering why results have not been published, you will now know why. I'm certainly willing to give them until the end of January, but my belief now is that it could be much longer and that shareholders will have no recourse. I hope I'm wrong.
