Thanks Jackal for the technical look. Don't you think that in UGSI's case, the technical analysis is not as good an indicator for the following reasons: 1.) approximately of 90% of stock held by mgmt/employees/closely held institutions (HEK) so actual stock flows are really determined by pure chance and other reasons like individual tax loss selling, cash needs, etc. 2.) zero financial information, so take that our of formula completely 3.) zero "hype", so no influence on technicals there, 4.) ownership/management does not release stock holdings but we know most of the holdings are warrants/restricted stock, options and company employees I believe, are restricted regarding selling/trading the stock.
