The .02's are screaming buying opps. You saw how bouyant the stock was yesterday everytime we dipped into .02 territory. That was a sign of weak shares changing hands with bigger players. I know a lot of penny stock boards always say that, but yesterday was a classic example of that scenario actually taking place.
