I agree Tom has to come clean on this soon but I think he has to wait until the MM's have finished filing their required reports on FTDs. See attached schedule for end of Dec - they have to finish settling by Dec 31st then report report by Jan 5th and then Jan 12th is the media date - I am not sure if this is when the public is informed of their FTD status. If this is the case then I think Tom will not release the SS before Jan 12th. I was told from Frank it would be closer to the end of Jan.
