Wow some interesting facts.. what really suppors the merger is the fact that AVNI have previosly owned that company before.. I don't think Mr. Dhanani and Mr. Nasro are back for no reason.. they want to do it smart and save money and time by getting this shell and having the merger and taking their private company to go public Imo.. there wouldn't be no other logical reason here..
