I'd think end of the year tax losses for those who bought on the runs it had a while back. I did that with a couple of my others just last week. TTNP, ILNS, LEHJQ and WAMUQ are my current holdings. I wanted to get that TRXAQ last week around .30 but I've got my teeth DUG IN to these babies.
ILNS: 2012 target with "free shares" if it gets a good enough run.
TTNP: buyout or approval of Probuphine
WAMUQ: JPM/FDIC legal or not could go either way but would make me a multi-millionare if it's guilty in court or settlement.
LEHJQ: higher rank than LEHMQ and RUNS if WAMUQ runs. Made a few K's off of MQ's when WAMUQ ran last. Held JQ's "just in case"

I moved my tiny Vanguard 403b into some emerging markets (VEIEX)They fell with us last year, but it's gains are BEAUTIFUL YTD, 1yr,5yr and 10yr it's #1 in gains of the under 5k class. :)
