I never claimed "sub 10 cents" or bankruptcy. In fact companies with low debt and the ability to dilute to the extreme have no need to file bankruptcy. By the way, that is not a comfort.

As for 22 cents which = $1.10 now post reverse split? The stock is already doing well at heading back there. What price did you sell your shares?
