There is a part of this puzzle we do not know yet and I think it is good. If there was nothing here in this story the MMs sure would have gotten the price back to .0001 and probably put the company out of business and never would have hd to cover their shorts. I think there is private money behind this last deal. I think Tom would have had to pr any use of stock for this deal. If not he would probably be caught in a lie about the retiring of the shares and etc. So far he has been honest to his word so far. The real test will be when he releases the SS.
