DLAD is not a candidate for a “Dead Cat Bounce”. A dead cat bounce occurs when a stock’s PPS drops on bad news and the stock is in a condition of being oversold. Then buyers move into pick-up shares a what they perceive to be a deal. If volume follows price direction change…you get a “Dead Cat Bounce”. This phenomenon usually takes place within a day or two of trading.
