Really? Well if that were the case then why would they even have PR'd that they were working on acquiring this company? That only drove up the price of the stock making it more expensive to buy the stock on the open market if they were so inclined. Why not buy shares on the open market cheap and then announce in a PR the possibility of a buyout after they were done acquiring shares cheap on the open market? The bottom line is it doesnt appear that anyone from wowgreen is buying shares right now and if they were planning on buying shares on the open market it wouldnt have made sense to put out the PR until after they were done buying cheap. imho
