I think what the CEO of Identa was trying to emphasize was that after they found the bomber trying to blow up the plane Identa explosive kits would have easily and quickly identified the explosive material. Even with X-ray machines that help detect suspicious packages, you will still need Identa explosive and drug kits to determine for certain what the material is in a quick manner.

If you look at it like this, these companies aren't even competing with Identa. Instead, they will call Identa a partner in finding and identifying suspicious materials. Identa can't help find it, but they can tell you if you found drugs or explosives!

CAP would help Identa kits be placed everywhere quickly! Even without CAP, it appears there is a need for these kits.
