Some posters have speculated that SPNG may be buying shares down here.

So it left me considering the following:
(1) As a former reporting company now on the grey's, is that legal? (whether they are or not is immaterial) Meaning, can they buy shares here if they wish?

(1A) If they did would they be obliged to report that fact, and if yes, on what timeline?

(2) Can anyone suggest who I might contact to verify whether or not they can buy and subsequently report if its required?

(3) Are there any (more/less or same) restrictions regarding SPNG being able to sell shares here? (Forget whether or not they have done anything inappropriate to this point) Simply can they do so "legally" or not?

Thanks to the board for your help, input and experience. Please, stick to facts ONLY. Not interested in interpretations. Thanks again in advance.
