Fozy go to the latest quarterly report dated 12-22-09 item 4 Management discussion. Paragraph 4 starting off "the merger...."

You will notice that the language has been change to the first quarter vs 60 days from the earlier press release of Nov 9th, 2009. Let's keep it real. This has no negative connotation.
