The deposit account, tax refunds, NOL etc I think will only have the effect WMI's counsel wants it to have. They are master at this so I have no doubt they have a well thought-out game plan.

Based on IRS guidelines, everyone expects the tax refunds soon but if WMI doesn't want to receive the refunds yet I'm sure there are ways to delay receipt.

As for the hearing date changes, I believe the UST needs the courts approval. The EC attorney's would after all be paid by the debtors. Perhaps WMI is trying to delay the EC by delaying the next hearing. Then again maybe the UST just needs the judge's quick signature, but I'm sure WMI would insist on a hearing.

So long as the P's continue upward progress I'm happy. LOL

I'm guessing we might see $60 by the Jan 28th hearing.
