i,m sooo pissed at my neighbor upstairs. His stereo is sooo loud. I,ve done everything from ask him to turn it down to call the cops. He is a drunk and nothing helps. I,m thinking of shooting his stereo and speakers. hell, i,ve even thought about shooting him while i,m at it. His stereo is blasting now.
