did he not have AUDITED financials for 2009 up to the Aug. 31st ?

THE one thing that REALLY bothered me was that he wanted to R/S on Sept. 29
as we were told over the weekend in the middle of October by the GERMAN investor.
Check the chart, Sept. 28 was the high of the run,
and he wanted to do it QUICKLY behind everyones back !!!!!
