Yes I did speak with IR tonight actually......it seems there is no need for another closing (as was the case for the DP live test).......buying IPA with 233k as 9/30 for 16 mil....even though assets were 3.3 mil according to the S-1......VSPC is so amazed at the orders for GKG......that they might just let (cha)Chang walk.......and buy...I mean overpay for another art company....since they will need the write-off(s).....because the VGE/IPA deal might not be BIG enough....they really didn't want to give me anymore info.....the military is really mad.....VSPC has already let way too much info out.....they basically are saying this....NO TEST.....NO NEED FOR A SECOND CLOSING......it's real HUSH HUSH.....I really had to pull it out of them.....glta.....THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY VSPC OR VGE......and thx for recommending that I call them.....never thought about that.....btw....you never answered my question about Dynario....."Toshiba hasn't announced any plans to sell overseas....you said that they we restricted to only sell in Japan"......can't call IR on that.....that's your story....are you sticking to it?
