"t" denotes a trade made during the day but reported to the tape after hours. Could be an oversight, or perhaps someone insisted it not be reported until "after hours" so as not to effect the days trading. It's easy to see why certain someones would not want a trade of 1,000,000 shares at .041 reported to the tape during regular trading hours.
