The actions taken against EESO are more consistent with that line of inference. Similar time frames involving two separate companies (EESO & SPNG) followed by SEC actions with dramatically different consequences.
If SPNG was acting in accordance with what some posters "would have shareholders believe" then the resulting outcome/expectation ought to have been closer to the SEC (& others) sanctions as taken against EESO. Simple deduction, that's my point.
