DR V called right back and stated DP Clean may decide to not need the test but that they have a confidentiality agreement with VSPC. He as usual he shyed away from particulars. SOOOO why did he even state it might not be needed. Then he stated his words "What would you do think about it. We don't have enough acreage yet for the calls and there is competition out there and we don't want information publisied yet!" Close to his words! Then he says "believe me we are receiving plenty of calls"
As to the the IPO he says it is NOT an IPO but a public offering of stock owned by Mr Chang. Still waiting for the SEC but they are waiting for the approval! Still sounds very upbeat that it will happen JMHO. BUT Something big about to happen!
