"Someone wants to sell at .0044 but nobody wants to sell at .0044...I find it strange that some people don't find it strange!!!"

I would find it strange that there were orders above the ask that weren't getting filled if I believed it was actually happening. I just don't believe that EXPH market makers would sell shares for .004 and not sell them for .0047.

That is what would truly seem strange, so thats why I dont believe it is happening. I write it off as user error or maybe an AON.
