18 mil shares he believes to be old warrants

27 mil shares bought back believes to be retired (someone please call TA)

2 year audit started last Monday and should be complete by end of Jan. Said he thought the audit cost about $50,000

Paperwork work to uplist to be submitted sometime in Feb and should be uplisted in Mar

Expect a PR around the first week of Jan

He is on vacation and was calling from his cell.

No R/S for uplist to OTCBB but if they uplist higher than that they may have too.
