Tax selling - Any bottom fishing ideas?

Does anybody have any good, solid stock that may suffer from tax selling? Please post.

Last week I purchased TBV and FUQI at the bottom. Two weeks ago I was trying to get UTA at $8s but my bid was not accepted.
