I'm not sure what to make it except that any business is good business. Even though the contract is worth 100 million, I don't really have any expertise to guess how much profit a company would make consulting for that size of a contract. Let's hope it is a lot. I bought this on the hopes that I'd hit the jackpot, and things look better and better every day. I got burned on SPNG, CIT, and C. Let's hope my luck turns around. I'm still hanging strong with my MGM and DRYS profits from mid year though :)

At any rate, I think the chatter today will at least bring in some traffic tomorrow. But who knows, people are still on vacation probably.
