Abashiii - From what we have heard the audit of the O/S by the new TA Quicksilver has been completed and is waiting announcement by Peter. My thoughts are that he will hold the audited shareholder numbers to announce completion of the deal and the exact number O/S for purposes of announcing the prior dividend due to 2005/6 shareholders and then liquidating dividend to current shareholders if it proceeds in that manner.

IMHO the 8k will have both bits of information IMHO
