kriskringle, don't base your decision to buy on what's said around here. On the other hand, SCMI does not report, so your decision must be based on what info you can gather from prior PR's, QTIG filings, calls to the company, old comments from stock analysts (analyzing Macrovision's prospects), and some "gut feelings." It's a pinksheet company, so it has significant inherent risk. I wouldn't mortgage my home to buy this.

Disclosure: I've owned an ever-increasing amount of this stock for more than 3 years. I've sold some during run-ups (based on hype and rumor) in the past couple years, and bought more recently. I'm considering buying more soon.

It has NOT been a joy ride, so I'm not sure "ho ho ho" is appropriate here.
