This is your version and you are taking your version from the statement, that has been released at the time when they got delisted. However, reading between the lines - who get,s investigated the company or those who accused the company of wrongdoing? The SEC says, to protect the shareholders - protecting from whom? Again, it doesn,t matter if you are pro- or contra, but as always, keep everything in balance, the I will call it a fair game.
