Its not really a PR, their website was down for Christmas day and when it came back up we found a few things were added to the International work section, see here ...

Now I dont know about you, but they obviously think this is big because they do state that they do regular work in other countries, see here ...

And they have a section just for Morocco, so it must be big in their eyes to have it on its own like this. They clearly state the $100 million US budget to rehabilitate numerous buildings, in turns means to update numerous buildings, make them better.
Why would you state that ?
I think they are getting a chunk of it, im thinkink above $35-45 million
