You mean it was 440% greater than it is now. It did not drop 440%... if 100 drops 100% then it is zero, 200% would be -100, etc.

I think everyone knows what you mean though. The point is obvious: WHY did it drop to less than 1/4th of its value on such a "good outlook"?

This has not been answered, and I suspect the realities of the aboriginal issues and the underwater issues are at least important matters within the context of answering the question. Perhaps dilution is also a significant factor.
