ZSTN - What exactly do these guys do? I thought they designed and manufactured equipment for various networking applications. But their assets are mostly in accounts receivables, and their property, plant, equipment (ppe) are worth less than $400K.

How could they design and manufacture this stuff with ppe that is so cheap? Thx for any help here, I'm thinking about going long...
