That's not 5.6 mil in shares.......they may pay in shares.....but it's $5,600,000.00 or cash equivalent.........in need to re- check.....but I think the value is .001 per share.....that's quite the dilution for VSPC......but I know you guys are looking to 2011 and beyond......couldn't be diluted too much more......could it?.....I mean after all VSPC is riding the back of IPA.....with 233k in rev's ending 9/30(it's in the S-1)........glta....Happy New Year......
