Buying stopped as per TD AMERITRADE.

This is the email I got from them regarding RVGD.

"I am glad to help with your inquiry concerning RVGD. The Depository Trust Company has advised TD AMERITRADE it will not accept opening transactions for this security. You may close positions for RVGD if you wish. No information has been provided when, or if, then DTC will again accept opening transfers for this security. "

If DTC stop opening transactions then how can some brokers like Zecco and Bank of America allows them to purchase RVGD.

I hold big position in RVGD and hope peter comes up great in the next 15 days and RVGD into multiple pennies.

I have seen some stocks where DTC stopped opening transactions and price went up big time.
