As a pilot, I can tell you that AVGAS is designed for a very different purpose that gas from the pump. The biggest difference is icing inhibitors, which you must have to prevent carburator icing at flight altitudes, where it is much colder. So to imply that this engine is easily adapted to flight because it uses regular old fuel is incorrect. You can use gas from the pump inflight, but it would be considered a fuel choice of last resort. Emergency use only. Long on QASP and expecting great things IMO.
