Thx for making the arguement I was making this past week......(cha)Chang gets his reguardless......how does it benefit VSPC?......imho......$5.6 mil in shares to Chang......means further dilution......it is by design imho........like I ask in previous post.....Why does Chang get his reguardless of VGE going public?......great post....you did some good DD......Happy New Year
