I posted this a few days ago on this board but wanted to repost it since I heard the same information last night from another source!

CPD's plant will not be eligible to sell RECs in the state of NH under their RPS. Apparently their proposed emissions will be too high and their efficiency too low.

LLEG will be able to sell RECs in NH. Great news for us!.
