Read it, didn't answer my question.

So I'll ask again:

"What is the point of not counting ITM warrants, treating them as liabilities, then marking them to market with Black-Scholes, so that the EPS shows up negative? What are you going to do with that negative number as far as determining whether the stock is worth buying?"
