I talked with a Man at Zecco .. His name is Bill.
Bill said there is no problem trading RVGD
He said RVGD is trading and could NOT find anything wrong with RVGD.
I ask him about Global lock. He put me on hold while he checked,
He came back and said he couldn't find anything on RVGD bad. (No Global Lock)!
