I know this will sound stupid because they don't enforce anything but.....Why not file a complaint with the SEC or at least get an answer out of them that pinks can do whatever they want.

I would send it to the SEC, FBI, Attorney General, DOJ, Obama, etc...just to see if anyone other than us gives a crap and will give you an answer.
