Pike is the one we buying up shares at the 04 to 05 range for the past few months...he(his fund) now owns 20 of ALL outstanding shares...there has been no tax sales...no trading of the same 5 million shares that Kitt brought into question...It means we are in EXCELLENT SHAPE AND THIS IS ABOUTH TO TAKE OFF...

Pike is not buying a SCAM, he is not taking a RISK, he is not HOPING the SEC concerns are cleared up...ITS ALL GOOD AND SO ARE WE.
