Listen Spice, think about this for a minute,

100 share uptick on the Ask, done.
wait for the Bid to come up, because you made
it Uptick. The bid usually follows. Trickery.
Could be Inside, who knows ever? My guess is company getting $$$.
When the bid comes up, Whack It. Not with a GTC ether.
Put that as a GFD good for day. Doesnt always work
unless you place the correct order. YOU can move an
L2 Bid/Ask around by yourself on a slow stock by changing
your sell or trying to buy at Bid. This can have a negative
overall effect though and you may require real good news
to bail you out if you cause panic selling. Bad for you and stock.
Be patient and watch your L2 charting before you make a move. imho
