Paulmk, it was cold and misty. Rich mentioned his computer being taken but no mention of a late filing because of it. He did mention the proxy would be mailed with the 10K. Rich said that Arch was not fired and that he was deeply sadened (sp?) by the loss of arch. He said it is tough to have such family problems. He said they used to call each other father and son.

He said that he has no idea of what Arch's interview will be about.
