if people cant put this together they are blind.. ok. so we had a loi with montanta but it fell thru temporarily because the stock price didnt stay up there for the amount of time that was specified in the deal...so after the stock price levels out for that specified amount of time, montana will then accept our shares just like money. they didnt want to accept our shares at such a higher prices because they would have taken 60% plus loss.....so now that its lower we will have to dish out way more shares but the job might still get done
