Josh thank you so much for a specific response.....I asked about this earlier.....IPA has brought a positive cash flow....see page 51 in the filing....233k ending 9/30......on the same page IPA owes 2 employees 19k and 25k.....is there a lien(just asking)...that could also explains the delays in closing....imho
The most interesting thing is that one employee of IPA owes VGE 204k.....and Chang owes IPA $1,006,000......my question is the cash really flowing?....and what was the cost of rev's?.....again Josh thx for being specific......something just seems fishy to me.....I hope no one loses money.....I just see Chang getting his.....not SH......glta
