Can anyone confirm this (see quote below) and provide further explanation?

REMEMBER...FDA won't have to APPROVE this as it normally has to......this is an emultion of an existing drug whose patent is expiring on Jan. 10th by another company.....

When this baby takes off....it won't be COMING BACK.
