I agree with your statement that Dean already knows that approval will not come this year. I do think they are prepaired for PR. I honestly think he just needed a rest. He may not even be out of the country,but that was the story so he could have some time to his self. He would not be the first in a high profile position to do this.

How could the PR be handeled incorrect where someone goes to jail, unless there is insider information leaked and shares are purchased prior to release? Heck since te Bush Admin. they listen to every phone call and read every email without a warrent!
