one of the other problems is nobody is interested in this stock.CTIC<SPNG and others have or had a cult like following.ARTS just does't have the awareness.
They need to come out with pr's suggesting their art will be sold in all walmart stores or every major arts and craft store in the USA.Somthing to really get investors excited.
