They put this out imho to prevent EESO from claiming that GRBG will be selling enzyme based products thus violating a non-compete. This was a warning shot. It also seems to indicate that Wowgreen will be moving away from enzyme based products and EESO. GRBG will get the Wowgreen business regardless of buyout or no buyout and will have DfE certified products which is what Wowgreen wanted all along so they can sell to industry. imho

"Through this agreement the Company plans to produce and distribute Wowgreen's non-enzyme based, 2nd generation products. Wowgreen currently has twelve safe, effective, all-natural cleaning products which include laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and hand dish soap, amongst others. In addition, due to the holidays, Wowgreen International, LLC plans on finalizing the acquisition of the Company the first week of January, 2010"
