I did some DD by calling the city of Corona and checked with the planning department. The date from the Extreme Biodiesel website coincides with the planning departments records that shows Extreme Biodiesel pulled a permit to have a foundation and spillage walls built to hold the tanks necessary to process bio-diesel.

The gentleman also said that Extreme Biodiesel was located in an M2 General Manufacturing zone which does allow the business they are perfoming. Not light manufacturing...but general manufacturing.

I will call back after California lunch time to talk to the fire marshall to see if he has additional information.
