Here you go. I'm back. Had a three hour lunch. First, I find no website for Green Energy Eastern Europe Group (GEEEG). Where is it?

The PR reads well. But, I'm going for truth. There's lots of (I believe this) (We believe that) to close. Thus, nothing is finale, nothing. It all continues floating with an air, of incompleteness. Full of Escape routes for IPWG. It reads IPWG hoping for a date, some-one might give up some cash.

What if IPWG has anticipated wrong again, (the financial partners), as they have every-time in past? I do not want to be negative. I want truth and solid meat.

A letter agreement with Volga. What is a letter agreement. Is that like sending ones mother, letter promising to brush teeth.

'I quote john', "IPWG's CEO Mr. John Benvengo said, "I believe that IPWG has now put in place all the necessary components for the construction of the Poland project and all the documentation to close on the credit facility with our financial partners in Italy."

'Again, I quote john', "We are excited about our new relationship with Volga International and we expect that they will help IPWG make the construction of this Polish project seamless."

I do love that word seamless. He must be reading my posts. We have nothing. Start calling again

'I quote news release', "IPWG further noted that with regard to its dispute with the Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), IPWG has submitted additional briefing to the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in regards to its appeal of the DTC's actions as to IPWG securities and in response to the SEC request of the DTC and IPWG. This additional briefing was requested in an Order issued by the SEC on December 16, 2009. IPWG continues its appeal to the SEC of the DTC's action and awaits a decision on its Motion for a Stay of the DTC's chill on transactions in IPWG's securities.

This tells me the (Sec) and the DTCC don't think much of IPWG, if any any all.

We got nothing. The PPS picked up a bit, not enough because it is air, only fools are buying. The volume picked up, it will not last, either. Not until IPWG says, IPWG HAS THE POLAND JOB. Or, IPWG has the funding. All else is bull
