MM's do manipulate pps a lot, but in reality, the pps is worth what people are willing to pay for it. I do agree that .013 was gobbled up, and there is healthy support around the .0125 - .013 area. Barring any crazy events, this should test .0164 in Jan.

I hope the Atlanta Aviation thing is cleared up now O_O my bad
